Family Service Association of Northeastern PA provides guardianship of person and/or finances to persons aged 18 and older who have been deemed incapacitated in a court of law. Family Service Association of NEPA also provides Power of Attorney and Representative Payee services.
Family Service Association guardianship caseworkers work with incapacitated individuals to ensure the individuals’ needs are met with dignity, caring and with the highest quality of respect. The guardianship caseworkers use the “least restrictive” model when making decisions to meet client needs.
Our guardianship caseworkers are monitored through the PA court system by the Guardianship Tracking System, in order to ensure FSA clients’ needs are met appropriately, timely and safely.
