Family Service Association of Northeastern Pennsylvania (FSA) is a non-profit, non-sectarian organization working with children, individuals, families, and communities to achieve their potential. Established in 1895 by a group of involved and concerned members of the community, FSA has been built on the dynamic association of a volunteer governing board, a professional staff, and a consumer community.

It is the policy of FSA to provide equal employment opportunity to all without regard to race, color, creed, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, handicap, mental health/intellectual disability, religion and/or age and to promote that policy through a positive continuing program known as the Affirmative Action Program. Family Service Association of Northeastern Pennsylvania is fully committed to equal opportunity and equal consideration to all applicants and employees in personnel matters including recruitment and hiring, training, promotion, salaries and other compensation, transfer and lay-off or termination.

Services are provided to the residents of the geographical areas served by FSA without regard to race, color, creed, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, handicap, mental health/intellectual disability or religion.
